Who decides what is ethical? Are large SUV's? What if you have a large family and live at lake tahoe? What about Hard Liquer? What about "Fine" Wine? Is there a difference? What about a MAC? Or a VW? Or Sarbucks Coffee? I think all three of them are overpriced and unethically presented on TV, but I bet most hipsters don't agree with me. Slippery slippery slope. I understand what you are trying to say, but in reality and in our free market economy, NO WAY. My Momma taught me: "Let the buyer Beware". It has worked well. OK.
